AES-CON-02 Product description formula

Four sentences at most, in this order: what it is, what you can change, how it’s built, lead time. No adjective stacks, no “perfect” or “luxurious”.

Components: PagePDP · ProductCard

AES-CON-03 Policy pages

Every policy page opens with an at-a-glance summary (3–4 points), then the details by section. A policy reads the same on every page, and both the summary and the details use only AES-CORE-05 numbers.

Brand story (About)

Template: PageAbout

Aesthea makes furniture to order. Each piece starts as a considered design and ends as the one you define, from the width that fits your wall to the fabric you held in your own light.

We built Aesthea for people who furnish rooms for a living. Interior designers, architects and hospitality buyers get Trade pricing, one named contact and a tear sheet for every configuration. If you’re furnishing your own home, you shop the same collection at retail, with the same choices.

Most pieces are made after you order them. That takes longer than shipping a sofa from a warehouse, so you see the lead time before you add anything to your cart, and swatches are free so you can decide before you commit.

Fabric grades

A	Everyday wovens and linens. Soft, breathable, easy to live with.	8–10 weeks
B	Performance weaves and velvets that resist stains and heavy use.	8–10 weeks
C	Mohair, bouclé blends and specialty weaves.	10–12 weeks
D	Full-grain and top-grain leather.	10–12 weeks

Each grade up adds to the price; the product page shows the exact amount for your size.

Care

Upholstery: Vacuum weekly with a brush attachment. Rotate and plump cushions so they wear evenly. Blot spills right away; don’t rub. Follow the cleaning code on your swatch card (W, S, W/S or X).

Wood: Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Use coasters and trivets. Keep pieces out of direct sun and away from heat vents to limit fading and movement.

Stone: Travertine and marble are porous. Wipe spills right away, use coasters, and clean with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid vinegar, lemon and other acids.

Leather: Dust with a dry cloth and condition every 6–12 months. Keep it out of direct sun.

FAQ

How long does a made-to-order piece take?

Can I see fabrics and finishes first?

Yes. Swatches are free, up to 10 per order, and arrive in 5–7 business days. Add them from any product page or the fabric library.

Can I change or cancel a made-to-order piece?

Yes, free of charge within 48 hours of ordering. After that, your piece is in production and the order is final.

Can I return a piece?

In-stock and Quick ship pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery; the pickup fee equals your delivery fee. Made-to-order pieces are final sale, but we repair or replace anything that arrives damaged or defective.

How does delivery work?

Furniture ships white-glove for $249 per order in the contiguous US. We call to schedule a window, then the crew brings each piece to the room you choose, assembles it and takes the packaging away. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted.

What if something arrives damaged?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a few photos. We’ll repair or replace it.

What does the warranty cover?

Yes. Pieces in customer’s own material (COM) are priced after we receive and approve the fabric.

Do you work with designers?

Yes. Interior designers, architects, home stagers and hospitality buyers can apply to the Trade Program for 20% off retail. We reply within 2 business days.
